2016 goals
I love lists, I love setting up goals for myself and ticking them off. I like to look back at the end of the year and see how much I managed to achieve and what did not get achieved. I usually manage to tick them all off unless my timing wasn't right- like buying a house last year.
Lets look at my 2015 goals and see the ones I managed to achieve and the reasons why some didn't.
Lets look at my 2015 goals and see the ones I managed to achieve and the reasons why some didn't.
- Buy a House - nope. not the right timing!
- Travel to America (booked for March 2015! I am beyond excited!) YESSS
- Spend more time with family and friends. yes and yes :)
- Change things up a little on my blog with some interviews, and more savoury/ wellness posts. Not really. But I prefer not planning too much anymore on what I will post here.
- Blog some more. Nope. Last year I didn't post very much due to being super busy growing 2 babies in my tummy!
- Begin offering health coaching services once I graduate in February. Same as above. This year though!
- Set up a blogging/ food photography studio in new house. One day...
- Create an ebook of my recipes. Still working on it! IT IS FINALLY HERE!
- Do more yoga. Apart from a daily yoga routine in January last year before getting pregnant I have barely been on the mat in 2015.
- Start meditating properly. Did quite a lot during the pregnancy to try to relax!
- Grow my hair long. Nope but working on it!
- Use more organic house and beauty products. Yes! being pregnant helped to push me to use almost only organic house and beauty products!
- Go visit my family in France. No but they visited me :)
Overall 2015 was an amazing year and I achieved something incredible that wasn't on the list which was to become a mother of twins!
These are my goals for 2016:
- Create memories with my twins;
- Buy a house;
- Work as a health coach at the end of the year;
- Eat mostly plant based meals.
- See my grandpa.
- Go camping. (Crazy I know with twins!)
- Drink more green juices or smoothies.
- Be kind.
- Do some yoga at home.
- Get fit to carry my little twins as they get much bigger.
- Walk, walk, walk.
- Go back to my pre babies weight.
- Read more. Aiming to read at least 20 books this year. (will post more about books later).
- Spend some quality time with my husband.
