Protein Choc Bliss Balls
I am so pleased to share this recipe with you (not sure who would be reading this haha). These bliss balls are the perfect snacks/ treats to bring to a party or as snacks/cheeky treats throughout the day! I sure did enjoy snacking on them for a few days!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 CUP WALNUTS
- 1/2 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- 1 SCOOP SUNWARRIOR NATURAL PROTEIN POWDER
- 1 TBSP CINNAMON
- 3 TBSP CACAO POWDER
- 8 DATES
- 1 TSP SPIRULINA
- WATER
- CHIA SEEDS/COCONUT TO ROLL THE BALLS IN
Instructions:
- Mix all and add water a little bit at a time until desired consistency is reached - not too soft or too crumbly.
- Once rolled in the palm of your hand - roll into coconut and chia seeds
- Keep in the fridge.
