Apple Pie Smoothie
If you are looking for a very healthy but delicious smoothie recipe to get a break from berry and green smoothies- this smoothie is for you! It is such a healthy smoothie that actually taste delicious. I have been having it a few times a week for breakfast or as a pre workout drink to use all the beautiful juicy apples that are in season at the moment. I get mine from the farmers market and get the juicing ones which are not so pretty but perfect for smoothies or juices and cheaper!
Picked a big flower from my garden as a little prop! Don't you love that time of the year when flowers bloom!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk;
- 2 small apples;
- 1 banana;
- vanilla extract;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- 1 teaspoon almond butter;
- 2 tsp linseed;
- water if it is too thick;
- Optional: sweetener of your choice.
Instructions:
- Put all the ingredients in the blender;
- Mix it all;
- Enjoy!
