Chocolate Lover Smoothie


One evening this week I whipped up this delicious chocolate recipe and decided that it was too good not to share here. After a long day at work I came home feeling exhausted mentally and emotionally and needed a pick me up- nothing better than a banana smoothie to get my energy levels back up again. This one is paleo to fit in my 2 weeks paleo challenge, vegan and most importantly sugar free and 100% healthy! And taste like chocolate milkshake! I must say I have been having it for breakfast as well which made me feel naughty for having such delicious chocolate drink for breakfast!

Ingredients:


  • 1 banana;
  • 1 cup almond milk;
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder;
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut;
  • 1 tsp maca powder;
  • 1-2 tsp mesquite powder;
  • 2 tsp linseed;
  • dash of cinnamon;




Instructions:


  1. place all ingredients in your blender and blend away! add some more milk or water if its too thick!
  2. enjoy!
