Thermomix Menu Plan - December 12th

Hi everyone! I hope you all had as glorious a weekend as we had. We spent a couple of days on a beautiful farm. We cuddled the new baby lambs, fed the sheep, ate raspberries and plums straight off the tree (Mr T even picked and ate a very unripe, very green roma tomato!), got lifted up in the bucket of a tractor, came across a red-bellied black snake, and helped "Farmer John" extract the honey from his beehives. It was a wonderful experience and we absolutely cannot wait to go again!

I menu-planned late last night and have only just had the chance to post it now, so here it is! Don't forget to head over to Quirky Cooking to look at other menu plans for your inspiration.

Monday

essentials: sweet chilli sauce, jam (something mango-y)

dinner: chachouka with borlotti beans

Tuesday

essentials: more mango jam

dinner: roasted chicken with fennel and lemon

Wednesday

essentials: bread, pitta bread, rhubarb and vanilla puree (to be frozen)

dinner: leftovers from freezer

Thursday

essentials: pasta (both spaghetti and lasagne sheets), big batch of tomato sauce, biscotti

dinner: kidney bean and vegetable pasties

Friday

dinner: dukkah-crusted fish with corn and spinach

Saturday

dinner: dairy-free kale and mushroom lasagne

Sunday

dinner: dill and leek risotto with mussels

Hopefully this week I will actually write down the biscotti recipe as I make it, so I can post it later in the week. I hope everyone has had a wonderful Monday! :)
